Shipping and returns
All orders will be sent via either Couriers please, Fastways or Australia Post, please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. Couriers Please and Fastways cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If you select Sendle as your option and you are rural or out of our courier delivery area, your item will be posted via Australia Post.
Tracking confirmation will be sent to the designated email within the order details, once we lodge with Australia post or courier. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising order.
Pick up is available for those willing to travel to our showroom in Meadowbrook, 4131 QLD in hours Monday - Friday 10-4 pm.
We currently ONLY post within Australia.
If your package goes missing please allow us a suitable amount of time to liase with the delivery company to try and find your parcel. (General waiting time for claim with most companies is 7-10days) If the parcel cannot be located, then product replacement MAY be offered in good will.
If your package has been signed for by someone else at your property, then this is out of our control.
We take extreme care in wrapping and securing all of our products before shipping. In the event an item is damaged or has leaked during transit please contact us ASAP via email (email@example.com) to allow us time to rectify the issue. We will require video / photo evidence of the item(s) within the original packaging, to follow through with our investigation.
Compensation will be assessed by us on case by case basis, depending on the circumstances.

No refunds are given for a change of mind.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Non refundable items are:
- Gift cards
- Custom made and personalised orders
- Used or opened items
- Sale items where specified 'No refunds' ie odd boxes, not quite right items which will be clearly stated in each product description.
If any refunds are given for any reason they will be refunded via the payment method you checked out with.
In the event that an item is returned to us due to failure to pick up or return to sender by unforeseen circumstances by us, a re-shipping fee will be charged to the buyer for re shipment. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure all details are correct before finalising the order. In the event that an address or contact details have changed. It is the buyers responsibility to update details or request redelivery / redirection with allocated postage service.
The buyer can request to change address prior to items being sent via email. As once the item is sent to allocated address on the order, we can not be held responsible as it is already in transit which is out of Bomb - Dickity control.
We suggest under these circumstances the buyer contact their mail supplier and have their mail redirected to new forwarding address.
Because of the nature of the products being mostly made to order. If a refund is requested after return to sender, a restocking fee of 15% of total order will be deducted from the products sold excluding shipping fees as these are non refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, and due to the nature of our products your item must be unused / unopened and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
